Are you ready to make history one week from today?  On Friday, August 4, 9:00 am EST., Convention of States Foundation (COSF), will be hosting a Simulated Article V Convention!

State Legislators have been invited from all 50 states to be Commissioners at the Convention.   Commissioners will be debating, deliberating, and voting on amendment proposals to limit the power of the federal government as well as impose fiscal restraints and term limits on Congress and its officials.  

Whether you're a brand new activist or a seasoned COS veteran, this is a can’t-miss event and we’d love for you to participate in this historic moment with us.  

COSF will be live streaming the last, and most important day of the Convention, Friday, August 4, 2023, 9:00 am EST. This is the day that all the state delegations will vote on the constitutional amendment proposals.  

All attendees of the Simulation, whether a brand new activist or a seasoned COS veteran, will be able to see the Founders' vision for the Constitution acted out in real time!
