• Pre-Season - operations before live ballots: Lit Drop, GOTV, LTO, Surveys, Advocacy, Legislation
• Election Season – all days there are live ballots: Canvassing, Observation, Lit Drop, GOTV
• Election Day – operations the day of before and during voting: Observation, GOTV, Ballot Chase
• Post Election – operations following an election: Canvassing, Public Awareness (PR), Litigation, Legislation, Advocacy

Former WTP Speaker Josh Pratt from IFAF conducts a hands-on Training Seminar. The Training consist of materials developed by the Leadership Institute (LI), Virginians For America First (VFAF), The America Project and Illinois partner group. The sessions are casual and included a time of getting to know other attendees. It is about building community. At IFAF seminars attendees will learn the basics of election integrity, conservative grassroots activism, election day operations, Get Out The Vote (GOTV), investigative canvassing, data management, lobbying, policy advocation, social media relations and more.
